I used the sizing chart to order this product and they were way too big. Fortunately they wouldn't fall off because I needed to wear them for a special event and didn't have time to reorder. I imagine it must be difficult to fit everyone but because my hips at eight months pregnant are now a whopping 48", doesn't mean my thighs and butt are a 4X. Too big. Too baggy. Can't order more if I can't rely on the sizing chart.
These are great, I wish they offered their maternity style in more materials and colors.
I usually wear the athletic underwear, but I thought I’d try the specifically maternity version for the end of this pregnancy. They fit correctly and stay up well. My only gripe is that the tag is on the side rather than at the back so it actually takes a bit of figuring out to put them on right way around (yes, even with the maternity panel). I also bought the athletic underwear in a size up and they fit really well underbump. I strongly recommend undersummers in general. I’ve been wearing them for about 8 years now. In the case of maternity, my recommendation is to just buy the athletic underwear a size up. That way you might still get to use them after baby if you end up staying at a larger size.
Very comfortable and look cute. I had a coworker who catch a glimpse and she HAD to know where they were from
I'm 7 months pregnant and the maternity waist is a bit snug. I question whether these are going to make it through the summer with me. Aside from that, I love the silky material and the cute lace legs. Just disappointed that the band wasn't roomier or comfier.
Did a great job with the chub rub but did not stay up at the waist ...rolled down the whole time I had to keep pulling them up..very frustrating ! Maybe making them longer at the waist with clips to clip to bra...just an idea. Expensive for a Canadian. If re done with clips I would buy again!
The maternity shortlettes worked perfectly under my dresses.
Bless you guys for making a plus-size maternity short. I'm having a baby in August and it's really hard to find anything in my size that will be cool for summer. These shorts are so amazing - they fit super comfortably, don't feel hot or constricting, don't ride up, don't cling to clothes - everything I could ask for and more. This was my first pair and I am SOLD and coming back for more!
These are gonna keep me as comfortable as my original undersummers did while leaving room for my growing bump.
This was one of the best purchases I’ve made! I was so overly impressed by their willingness to help me out. Somehow, I received an item with a flaw, and they didn’t make me deal with the hassle of going to return anything, they just made my life so much easier and sent me a corrected one. I will definitely be buying from them again.
Love these shorts!! They fit perfectly. I got the maternity kind and I am 7.5 months pregnant. So comfortable.
I've worn these several times, and I like them. They're pretty comfortable, and I will probably buy another pair at some point. I like that they're made in the US. That being said, I think they could be improved. The elastic band at the very top is too loose. It doesn't fall down or anything, but there's extra material there (granted I'm going to get bigger as my pregnancy progresses—I think a material that stretches to accommodate growth would be better than a less stretchy, baggy material. Plus a smaller size in the meantime wouldn't accommodate my hips or thighs). Also, the lace pills where my legs rub together. They ride up a little sometimes, but not so much that they don't do their job of preventing chafing. I can get hot in them, but it is summer in Texas and I'm pregnant. Overall, I would still recommend them.
Some folks might like these, but I prefer a softer stretchier fabric. When I received them, they felt like they would be nice fabric, but when I put them on, the fabric was odd and became stiffer like a corset sort of. I did not want compression as I prefer to simply be comfortable while decreasing chafing and increasing coverage, so these weren't for me.
They’re comfy and not too hot. The only thing to be aware of is that they are longer than a number of the dresses/skirts I was hoping to wear them with.
The Undersummers I ordered for my pregnant grandaughter has helped tremendously with dresses during the heat of the summer! No more chafing!
I bought the maternity Anti Chafing shorts in a 2xl, compared to Australian sizing they were way too big. I was easily able to exchange them for a size L and couldn't be happier. I am a size 18-20 atm Australian sizing. The shorts are lovely to wear and stay up over my growing bump! Highly recommend the shorts and dealing with the company was a breeze!!

Shortlettes are generously sized to hug but not squeeze your curves. They are not compression and do not feel like nylons/hosiery, shapewear, bike shorts, or compression pants. Shortlettes are simply comfortable. They are not made to be tight, feel constricting, shape, pinch, or bind. The longer lengths allows for maximum chafe protection and comfort.
Correct Fit Guidelines:
✔️ Waist should not roll
✔️ Body should glide comfortably against the skin
✔️ Legs should not ride up while walking
Signs of Incorrect Fit:
✖️ Baggy crotch (too big)
✖️ Running at the seams/Wears to fast (too small)
✖️ Slides Down (too small)
✖️ Legs ride up (too small)
Which is the best fit?
Under 5'4" - High Thigh, Athletic, or Classic Styles
Plus Size - Fusion, Classic, or Original Lace
Apple Shaped - Fusion, Classic, or Original Lace
* Order the size in-between your waist and hip measurement. I.e. Waist 3X + Hip XL = Order 2X
Pear Shaped - Try them all!
Hourglass - Lace or High Thigh
Slender - High Thigh or Athletic
If the Shortlette is not baggy but slides down, it is probably a size too small. It needs to sit higher towards the natural waist in the back to stay put during normal activity.
