Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges: is happy to accept returns or exchanges of unworn or defective merchandise within 45 days of your purchase date.  Item(s) must be in original unworn condition, with tags to be exchanged or returned.  We encourage you to try on your purchase with underwear to make sure that everything looks and feels great! Some exclusions apply.


Domestic Returns:
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Instructions on the back of your packing slip and include with your return/exchange.

2. Please click here to create a return label. 

If you are shipping within the USA, we will email you a pre-paid return USPS label.  Just print and attach to the outside of your return.  Include a copy of your original invoice with the return. Items being returned outside of the return policy timeline will not be eligible for prepaid return shipping. We are sorry, but APO shipments will need to be handled as international.

If you choose to ship the package on your own, you will not be reimbursed for return shipping.

International Returns: 
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Instructions on the back of your packing slip and include with your return/exchange.

Return shipping will be paid by buyer, however, if you are doing an exchange, Undersummers will pay to have the exchange shipped back to you.


Items ineligible for returns include: Gift cards,  Grab Bag,  Clearance Items, Free Gifts, worn/used garments

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The included packing slip or printed copy of your emailed purchase confirmation can be used.

No refund will be granted in cases where items are received and not in its original condition (tags are off, is worn, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error). 

Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Unauthorized returns will also be subject to a 30% restocking fee if determined to be refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be automatically processed. You will receive a notification of refund, or shipping notification for exchanges. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.  This may take 2-3 business days to appear on your bank statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
