Before you return/exchange please check your size. Our fit is DIFFERENT. Use your waist and hip measurements for the proper fit. Order a size down if in-between sizes. Shortlettes are not meant to be tight in any way nor are they meant to be baggy. Shortlettes that are too small may ride up, roll or slip down. If they feel barely there & forgettable, they are just right.  Our goal is for you to love your Shortlettes!

Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Undersummers undergarments. If your first purchase of a full priced Shortlette (slip short style underwear) isn’t quite right, we will send you one free replacement. *Offer excludes Clearance or Final Sale Items.

Simply e-mail info@undersummers.com or call us at 281-706-9192 (9:00-3:00 CST M-F) with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the garment or an exchange to get something more comfortable.

  • Offer only applies to your first worn pair of Undergarment (of each type, not each style), per customer
  • All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (for online orders)
  • If you choose to replace the undergarment, we will ship the new item to you free of charge
  • We recommend sending our Fit Team your waist and hip measurements so they can make the best size/style recommendation
  • For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard policy below

Standard Policy

We accept new, unworn garments for return.  Free prepaid return labels can be created within 30 days of delivery.  If your garment is found to be worn, dirty, or un-new it will not be returned to you, nor will you receive a refund. Garments must be clean and new in original condition. We apply all returns to the tender on which it was purchased. Gift card returns will be issued back to a gift card. Record of sale  (order number) is required for the return to be processed. If you are unsure if your item is eligible for return, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@undersummers.com or 281-706-9192 9:00 – 3:00 CST Monday-Friday.

Exclusions

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

Items ineligible for return/refund/exchange:

  • Gift Cards
  • Grab Bag unless you add Seel Return Assurance
  • Clearance Items (Final Sale) unless you add Seel Return Assurance
  • Most sale items
  • Free Gifts
  • Worn garments or items not in original condition.
  • Purchases over 30 days old. 

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for clearance items. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, clearance items are final sale. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.

 

USA Returns by Mail

Print and attach the label provided to the outside of your return. We are sorry, but APO shipments will need to be handled as international (see below). If you choose to ship the package on your own, you will not be reimbursed for shipping.

International Returns by Mail

*Free Return Shipping is available in the U.S. only. Return shipping will be paid by the international buyer if you are doing an exchange. Undersummers will pay to have the exchange shipped internationally back to you.
