USA Returns by Mail
Print and attach the label to the outside of your return. We are sorry, but APO shipments will need to be handled as international. If you choose to ship the package on your own, you will not be reimbursed for return shipping.
International Returns by Mail
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Instructions on the back of your packing slip and include with your return/exchange.

*Free Return Shipping is available in the U.S. only. Return shipping will be paid by the international buyer, however, if you are doing an exchange, Undersummers will pay to have the exchange shipped back to you.
We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make you happy. We will treat you fairly and reasonably and expect the same from you. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased, record of sale is required.
We do not accept worn garments for refund or return due to the personal nature of our products. We may exchange one worn garment for a different style/size to get you in the best fitting product. We will ask for measurement and height information and will send our recommended style/size. *One free replacement garment per customer only.
Gift cards, Grab Bag, Clearance Items (items ending in price $.49), Free Gifts, worn/used garments, not in original condition (tags are off, is worn, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) cannot be exchanged/refunded. Garments over 4 months old cannot be returned or refunded.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be automatically processed. You will receive a notification of refund, or shipping notification for exchanges. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This may take 2-3 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
In an effort to minimize waste, your package may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need a receipt?
A receipt of purchase is the fastest way to process a return or exchange. We do need proof of purchase from www.undersummers.com for refunds/exchanges at undersummers.com
What do you take back?
We take back unworn garments only. Because of the personal nature of our garments, we do not accept worn garments.
My garment is flawed, what do I do?
We will do our best to take care of you. In the unfortunate event of receiving a flawed garment, please email a picture of the flaw to customer service at email@example.com so they can issue a replacement. Typically flaws are seen within 1-2 wears or 30 days of purchase and replacements are issued on a case by case basis. Well worn or loved garments are not necessarily considered flawed.
Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
We will do our best to take care of you and deal with you fairly, we ask that our customer treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. There are no time limits on returns or exchanges on unworn garments.
Are there restocking fees?
For wholesale orders only.
